The purpose of QuizOffice is to create services that enable the measurement of knowledge, thus helping the learning process, starting from internal training of companies, through assisting the education that occurs on a daily basis, to assessing the knowledge of students studying in the school system.
These terms of use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of QuizOffice's website, applications, APIs and modules ("QuizOffice" or "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions. We have tried to formulate these Terms in such a way that they clearly contain the main provisions of the General Terms and Conditions ("GTC"). However, we draw your attention to the fact that regardless of this, these Conditions do not replace the General Terms and Conditions. By using or accessing QuizOffice, you accept our General Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Use, our privacy statement, and respect our community guidelines.

The purpose of QuizOffice is to enable knowledge assessment. Anyone can upload worksheets (questions and answers) to QuizOffice and share them with other Users by publishing them (making them public).
3.1 Assessment of knowledge provided in the school system
For those registered as educational institutions, it is possible to build an institution-teacher-classroom-student relationship system from actors registered on QuizOffice, by inviting Users. Within the scope of private institutions compiled in this way, the use of the Services and the uploading and filling in of the worksheets are FREE, neither the uploading of the worksheets nor the use of them has to be paid for.
3.2 Online knowledge survey for students
The public sharing of the uploaded worksheets, thus their access outside the school system, is subject to a fee.
3.3 Internal training support for companies
During business registration, in addition to uploading the worksheets, it is possible to share the worksheets privately. The use of the Services in this way is always subject to a fee.
3.4 Public training support for companies

4.1 Who can use QuizOffice?
The services of QuizOffice's online marketplace and partner sites are available to anyone who registers, as well as to legal and legal persons or business organizations.
Their legal representative assumes full responsibility for the activities of minor Users.
You may use QuizOffice if you are legally able to form a binding contract with QuizOffice in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. When creating your QuizOffice account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Anyone can use and access QuizOffice. Using QuizOffice may involve downloading software to your computer, phone, tablet or other device. You agree that we may automatically update this software and that these Terms apply to any updates.
4.2 Business use of QuizOffice
If you want to use QuizOffice for business purposes, you must create a business User. We may immediately terminate or suspend access in serious cases as defined in the GTC, including violation of any point of our Community Guidelines. In the event of termination, "7. Your Content” section still binds you.

We undertake to always include your name on the filled-in worksheets. In order to provide you with the Services at the appropriate level, we may involve others. In such cases, of course, we are responsible for these service providers as if we had provided the service ourselves. 7.1 Posting Content QuizOffice allows you to post content, including images, comments, links and other materials. Anything you post on QuizOffice is referred to as "Content". 7.2 How QuizOffice and other users can use your content? You grant QuizOffice and users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, global license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works of, and perform Your Content on QuizOffice exclusively for QuizOffice from the purposes of its operation, development, service and use. Nothing in these Terms limits QuizOffice's other rights in the Content, such as the scope of other licenses. We reserve the right to remove or change the Content or the way it is used on QuizOffice for any reason.

QuizOffice and users may continue to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works from, perform and distribute any Content that other users have hosted or shared on QuizOffice. 7.4 Your feedback We appreciate hearing from our users and learning how we can make QuizOffice even better. 8.1 Disclaimer All content of QuizOffice and the Services is available on an "as is" basis, and although we do our best to do so, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case at all hours of the day. We are not responsible for damages that occur because someone does not use the Service in accordance with its purpose and these Terms. We are not responsible if you do not use QuizOffice in Hungary and this is against the law in your country. QuizOffice assumes no responsibility or liability for any Content posted or submitted by you or any other person or third party using our Service.
Acknowledged you acknowledge and agree that you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuitable for your purposes.

we are not aware of any fact or circumstance that would make it likely that the behavior related to the information is illegal or that the information violates the rights or legitimate interests of anyone;
as soon as we become aware of the contents of points a) and b), we will immediately take measures to remove the information or block access to it.
Based on the provisions of the points above, we are not exempted from responsibility if you acted on our behalf or based on our instructions.

11.1 Fees for Services
11.1.1 Assessment of knowledge provided in the school system
If you use our Services at school, you never have to pay.
11.1.2 Online knowledge survey for students
You can fill in the publicly available worksheets if you have a subscription. The authors of the worksheets will be compensated for completing them.
11.1.3 Internal training support for companies
During business use, when you fill out the worksheet within a company, the company must have a subscription. In such cases, QuizOffice receives the compensation for the completions.
11.1.4 Public training support for companies
You can also share worksheets publicly with business use. In this case, those who complete the worksheets can complete the worksheets within the framework of their subscription, for which the author receives the compensation.

11.2 Payments and Cancellations
11.2.1 Subscription
You have the option of purchasing a monthly or annual subscription.
11.2.2 Billing Period
Invoices are issued when you pay for the subscription. If you choose a regular – for example monthly – subscription, we will provide you with the invoice after the due payment, which you can download on the Subscriptions page.
11.2.3 Payment methods
You can choose from several payment methods. If we cannot deduct the periodic fee from you, your subscription will be temporarily suspended.
11.2.4 Price and Tax Changes
We reserve the right to change our prices in the future. In any case, we will notify you of this so that you can cancel the subscription in time if you no longer wish to pay for it.
11.2.5 Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind and do not want to use your subscription, you have 14 days to cancel the subscription. , to refund you its fee. This withdrawal option only applies if you have not yet filled out the worksheet.
However, by creating and paying for the subscription, you expressly agree that if QuizOffice immediately allows you to complete tasks, you lose your right of withdrawal and authorize QuizOffice to automatically charge your account until you cancel.
11.3 Settlement method
If you are an author, you are paid for the Content you upload and share publicly. We periodically prepare an account of the fillings for you. Billings differ by Service type, depending on whether you are a private or business user. The fillings are always original, they are included in the settlement with their value at the time of purchase.
Authors will be paid monthly if the number of entries exceeds 50 entries. At settlement, we deduct our commission, which you can find in Annex 1 of the General Terms and Conditions. The condition for making payments is that you provide the data required for payment and settlement. We will notify you of the necessary data or their absence. When you have entered all the data, we will transfer the fee minus the commission to you.
11.4 Method of fee payment and invoicing
When subscriptions are purchased, they are paid and invoiced immediately.
12.1 Governing Law
During use or In matters not regulated in the Terms and Conditions, Hungarian law is the governing law. Accordingly, our legal dispute can also be settled according to the laws of Hungary.

12.2 Confidentiality
In the course of using the Services, either of us becomes aware of technical, economic, personal or labor or business information about the other, we will not pass it on to anyone without the prior written consent of the other party, even if it is requested from us separately. conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using QuizOffice.
